Associate, PMO (Enterprise Service Management), Technology Group (1 Year Contract)

Join GIC as an Associate, PMO (Enterprise Service Management), Technology Group for a 1-year contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Steering Committee Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, organize pre-meeting discussions, manage logistics, facilitate meetings, and track discussions and action items.
  • Procurement Support: Support procurement planning, manage due diligence, assist in RFP preparation and tracking, and maintain a central record of procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar role, demonstrating effective project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing issues, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in managing virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
