Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PMO Member to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team for a Banking client in Singapore. The ideal candidate will support various strategic and operational functions within the PMO, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and project execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Title Experienced Consultant – PMO (Project Management Office)Location Singapore Employment Type Full-Time Experience Required 5+ years Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents preferred Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Consultant – PMO to join our project management office team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in resource planning , stakeholder engagement , and problem-solving within large, complex project environments, ideally in financial services or consulting sectors. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Management Office in tracking project plans, milestones, and budgets across programs. Manage resource allocation , forecasting, and utilization across multiple projects. Act as a liaison between various project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities. Identify and resolve resourcing conflicts , capacity constraints, and delivery bottlenecks. Assist in the development and standardization of PMO governance frameworks, templates, and reporting structures. Facilitate status meetings , prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Analyze data to support decision-making , escalate issues, and propose actionable solutions. Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project methodologies, and compliance requirements. Key Requirements 4-5 years of relevant experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project management role. Strong background in resource management , including demand-supply balancing and utilization reporting. Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with business, IT, and senior leadership teams. Proven problem-solving ability in dynamic and fast-paced project environments. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar). Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and project reporting tools. Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage. Experience in financial services, consulting, or large enterprise environments in Singapore is preferred.
