Manager, Digitalisation Consultant

Employment Type: Fixed Term
Act as a digital innovator to create of IT-enabled business capabilities to support the SIT’s digital transformation and data strategies. Act as a business analyst to work closely with the business users to articulate business requirements, perform user acceptance test and handle issue management.
Business Analyst
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and process improvements, supporting the delivery of effective digital solutions.
Operates with responsibility for project delivery and stakeholder engagement at the functional and cross-functional team level.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and user-focused.
Digital Business Strategist
Apply structured methodologies such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Customer Journey Mapping, and User Experience Design to facilitate the development of IT-enabled business capabilities.
Value-add to business users by providing advice on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, reviewing and improving their work processes
Change Management
Support change management initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in business analysis, system analysis and project management.
Proactive, quality-conscious, self-starter with an analytical and methodological mind.
Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
Good verbal and written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with digital technologies and IT-enabled business capabilities.
