We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our digitalisation efforts and champion the advancement of Building Information Modelling (BIM) within our project teams. As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital tools and processes to deliver an Integrated Data Delivery (IDD) project.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing 3D models using Revit, Navisworks & MS Office.
  • They will also be proficient in updating organisational BIM templates and standardising documentation.
  • A strong understanding of QA/QC monitoring and the ability to run checks for correct parameters and attributes for 5D Cost Management is essential.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have experience in leading a team of Modellers/Senior Modellers and monitoring BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purposes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent with relevant courses in BIM is required.
  • At least 4 years of full-time experience in BIM modelling and management is necessary, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants.
  • Must be proficient in Dynamo & Civil3D usage, and have experience with 4D and 5D implementation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is essential, along with high adaptability and flexibility.
