**TRIBAL EXPERIENCE DESIGN**

Tribal UX consultants are multi skilled across specialisations. We conduct and analyse research, facilitate discussion, ideate, wireframe, and support delivery.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct generative and evaluative research activities during the early phases of projects (e.g. competitor analysis, usability audits, user interviews).
- Work closely with the strategy and planning departments to research industry trends, identify customer and business problems, highlight opportunities.
- Work across all types of experience design projects - including services, websites, apps, real and digital world, plus whatever s around the corner.
- Lead discussions with clients and partners across siloed departments and businesses to gain consensus
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of workshops
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Visualise ideas in Figma

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Professional experience in UX consulting, service design, UX research, or related disciplines
- An excellent communicator, able to facilitate conversations and manage relationships with and between clients, customers and colleagues
- A critical thinker who can see the big picture for the industry, client, project and the team, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs, gather feedback, and inform design concepts that work
- Familiarity with customer research activities, such as planning and conducting customer interviews or card sorting sessions
- Experience in designing and prototyping, by hand or in software
- The ability to comfortably work with and present to senior client stakeholders
