Responsibilities Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas. Design intuitive, clean, and engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand consistency. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (a plus, not mandatory). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
