**The Role**

As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll work closely with product, engineering and growth teams to refine and reshape the way the global community discovers food and interact with our platform. We’re looking for an experienced user-focused designer who can distill complex product requirements into actionable designs, ensuring that each interaction is intuitive and delightful.

**Job Descriptions**:

- **User Research & Interviews**:Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, competitive analysis, and usability studies, to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- **Analysis & Synthesis**:Analyze user research data to create user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights that inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**:Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design concepts and user flows, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- **Visual Design**:Create visually compelling and consistent designs that align with our brand identity and elevate the overall user experience.
- **Interaction Design**:Design intuitive and engaging interactions for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.), ensuring usability and accessibility.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- **User Testing**:Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- **Design Systems**:Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
- **Feedback Loops**:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine features and respond to user feedback rapidly.
- **Initiative & Ownership**:Demonstrate a proactive approach, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion with mínimal supervision.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**:Identify issues before they become problems, and always looking for ways to refine the UX.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve our products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie or similar.
- Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and understanding user needs and behaviors.
- Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with data analysis and A/B testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for creating innovative and user-centered products.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced, startup environment.
- Manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines effectively.
