Purpose of Position

Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships within assigned territories for PCB Industry. This role is pivotal in enhancing sales performance through strategic market analysis and customer research, enabling the discovery of new business opportunities. This role holder will cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and support, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and manage customer relationships proactively to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new opportunities, market gaps, and competitive advantages. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products
  • Research & generate leads for specific countries, market segments, and new market trends fitting to our company strategy.
  • Develop potential customers into active prospects, increasing the conversion rate from prospect to new customer.
  • Drive new projects successfully from Request For Quotation (RFQ) stage to mass production.
  • Conduct factory audits and provide customer support as needed, reinforcing the company's commitment to quality and service.
  • Accountable for Quotation management, NPI and Item Status-tracking and corrective actions in case of underperformance through the PowerBI & NCI/CS team.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams & other Account /Sales managers globally, share customer feedback, technical issues, and improvements for better alignment and a higher success rate to win more business globally.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment by collaborating with Customer Service.

  • Establish a regular communication platform for global and local account management, including regular meetings with all involved locations to enhance cooperation and performance.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in the Sales and PCB industry.
  • Profound Know-How of PCB and rich sales experience.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Superior problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations.
  • Excellent customer service orientation delivered in a cost-efficient way.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
