Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm, 09.00am – 6.00pm, 10.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternate Saturday: 08.00am – 12.00pm, 08.30am – 12.30pm, 09.00am – 1.00pm
Job Responsibilities
· Manage customer's enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
· Simultaneously handle multiple chats
· Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
· Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
· Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
· Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
