Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF, SDL, income tax, and other statutory contributions
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations
- Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) for submissions and compliance matters
- Assist in performance appraisal, training coordination, and staff engagement activities
- Provide support in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with Employment Act
- Assist in other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with recruitment and payroll exposure
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
