Sales Manager is to supporting existing clients and developing new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Global MNC in Manufacturing and Industrial Products & Solutions Sector

The Job:

  • Lead, manage, and support sales teams across 6 Asian sites to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in target industries such as electronics, automotive, energy, and industrial manufacturing.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales plans.
  • Work closely with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.
  • Drive talent development, mentoring, and performance management of regional sales teams.

The Talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-10 years' B2B sales experience in industrial fasteners, mechanical components, or related manufacturing sectors, with at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Proven track record of key account management, channel management and developing new markets.
