Marketing and Commercial Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Commercial Operations Executive to support our Southeast Asia team.

The role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, commercial and administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign and promotion activities, including redemption tracking, reporting and reimbursement reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and updates within ERP systems, tracking files and templates in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and submit marketing artwork, promotional materials and professional affairs content for internal review and approval.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and project milestones are met.
  • Manage pricing, contract and master data within ERP systems.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance and process efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for Southeast Asia and leadership team
  • Adhoc projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative and operations role in a corporate environment
  • High attention to details with excellent time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and experience with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle)
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
