About the role

Join JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' as a Supply Chain Lead based in Central Region SG. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products and services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the procurement, inventory, and logistics functions to optimise supply chain performance
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  3. Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  4. Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective services
  5. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
  6. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals
  7. Contribute to the development of the company's overall supply chain strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  2. Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations
  3. Proficient in data analysis and the use of supply chain management software
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  6. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
