Position: Supply Chain Management Executive (Job ID: CK

Salary: Basic up to $3,600 + AWS + VB

5 days work week

Responsibilities:

•Order Management: Manage end-to-end order handling, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with all stakeholders.

•Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks as required.

•Plan and coordinate shipments based on customer schedules and product availability.

•Process order revisions (excluding breakage-related changes).

•Document Handling: Send shipment and order-related documents to customers via email.

•Inventory Management: Review and adjust inventory records to maintain data accuracy and proper stock control.

•Organize and maintain e-filing for all orders, shipments, and document records.

•Prepare and process Credit/Debit Note (CNDN) adjustments.

•Prepare weekly and monthly reports and miscellaneous operational updates.

Requirements:


•Min. Diploma or equivalent in supply chain or relevant field

•Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills

•Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision

•Good team player

•Training is provided

•Knowledge in Incoterms, import/export documents is preferred, but not a must.
