Central Region, Singapore China Unicom (Singapore) Operations Pte Ltd Full time $30,000 - $50,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in customer registration, information verification, and coordination of credit rating procedures;
  2. Support the consolidation and communication of corporate business policies, and help track implementation of internal business rules within the regional team;
  3. Assist in maintaining records and supporting analysis related to external channel commissions and overseas agency fees;
  4. Support the organization of customer visit records and the analysis of business opportunities, helping identify common needs and recurring issues;
  5. Participate in research on emerging commercial models and assist in preliminary compliance and feasibility assessments;
  6. Assist with major project documentation, meeting notes, and coordination of internal support processes;
  7. Carry out other administrative or analytical tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements
  • Education:

    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Knowledge & Exposure:

    • Basic understanding of customer management, credit assessment, or business process operations;

    • Familiarity with project workflows or multinational business environments is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data and prepare reports;

    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a sense of ownership;

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally;

    • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to read business documents and conduct basic bilingual communication. You will need Mandarin as, you will be utilizing internal systems which is mostly in mandarin and you will need to coordinate with teams in china.
  • Additional Requirements:

    • Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, and cultural adaptability;

    • Availability for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months, with at least 3–4 working days per week preferred;

    • International students must hold valid work authorization or a student visa that allows for internship participation in Singapore.

Please Note that this internship is intend to start around mid July
