A. Marketing Property Executive (Beauty World Area) - with AWS & P. Bonus

Industry: Real Estate property (more than 200 headcounts)

Responsibilities:

Pre-Launch:


• Assist the Marketing Manager in the full cycle of marketing and sales activities of the company's development projects.


• Work closely with in-house teams and external consultants, vendors, advertising agencies and property agents to provide marketing support for the project.


• Assist the Marketing Manager to handle marketing campaigns for the residential project.


• Assist the Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing for the project.


• Work with vendors to produce advertising and marketing materials such as brochures, hoarding, A&P wall in Sales Gallery, show units, sales office, website, digital and social media marketing, animation video etc.


• Co-ordinate and monitor show units/ sales gallery fit out and logistics planning for the residential development sales launch.


• Handle sales and marketing enquiries relating to the residential project.

B. Marketing Executive - Aljunied ( Local SME Company handling Commercial flooring and Food packaging)

Job Scope:

  • Handle full scope of marketing work (including product marketing, branding, digital marketing, etc)
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, and email campaigns ( also work closely with with agency)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and operations teams to create cohesive messaging and promotions.
  • Handle product marketing work for various entities
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral, video content, case studies, and client-facing materials.

Required:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B/B2C lifestyle, design, or product industries.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools (customized), and SEO platforms is good to have
  • Candidate with marketing experience in ID related sector has added advantage for Position A
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and paid digital ads.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
