Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Qoo10).
  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and discounts.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize listings and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing e-commerce visuals, descriptions, and keywords for better conversion.
  • Track and report on customer engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms or online stores preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Admin, social media platforms) is a plus.
