About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our team at Good Food Always Industries Pte. Ltd. in the Toh Guan West Region. This full-time role will provide critical support to our e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with managing and updating our e-commerce website and online product listings
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement digital campaigns and optimise the online customer journey
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality support via email, chat, and other channels
  • Monitor and analyse website performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment tracking
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of e-commerce tools, processes, and procedures
  • Support the broader retail team as needed to achieve our overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and digital analytics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for our customers
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with e-commerce tools and technologies
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
