Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking an passionate and team-oriented E-Commerce Officer for a 6-month contract at Wipro Consumer Care Singapore. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator. You will play a key part in managing online store backend operations and designing attractive e-commerce product thumbnails, with a primary focus on seamless customer experience and high-quality visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the online platform stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Process and fulfill online orders, including invoicing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
  • Manage product uploads and keep the catalogue updated (prices, stock, new listings, promotions).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online customer queries via chat, email, or platform dashboards.
  • Handle issues related to refunds, exchanges, and delivery discrepancies.
  • Work as a team with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support campaign launches and ensure backend systems are optimized.
  • Contribute operational support to marketing and e-commerce projects as required.

Requirements

  • Good to have but not required. Some e-commerce experience (internship, part-time, or full-time); hands-on experience with online store backend is a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English. Chinese language is a plus for Chinese language translation for queries and localization of e-commerce banners
  • Comfortable with order management, shipping logistics, and effective online customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work to meet tight deadlines.
