Regional E-commerce Specialist
Reporting to the Senior Manager (E-commerce & Marketing), this position will drive e-commerce business growth and contribute to revenue and profitability growth across all regional platforms in emerging markets.
Markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, U.A.E, South Korea, Japan, and United States
Division: Baby Formula, Nutritional Formula, Milk Powders, Plant-based Milk, Food Commodity
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with manager to develop, implement, and execute ecommerce strategies, budget planning and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive online revenue growth in allocated markets
- Analyse strategy performance and optimise to reach revenue growth. Provide reporting and analysis of KPIs. Track sales and key e-commerce metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and maximise sales potential and profitability
- Deliver monthly and annual sales target for Nature One Dairy (e-commerce)
- Familiar with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and social e-commerce strategy. Enhance customer engagement to increase conversion across platforms
- Manage e-commerce campaigns and monthly activities
- Manage e-commerce optimisation, collaborate with partners to optimise visibility, ranking and conversion
- Research and assist the team to identify new platforms, target audience and platform suitability to expand the brand growth in areas that they are currently not in
- Competitor analysis and key market trends to help in building brand within the platforms
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends and competitor landscape to optimise brand growth in market
- Research on regulatory requirements for new markets
- Logistics and inventory management for e-commerce platforms. Work with fulfilment warehouse and enabler to ensure smooth operations
- Store management, e-commerce customer service, and CRM
- Management of key accounts for e-retailers such as Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, TikTok, Amazon, and more.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and detailed, able to interpret data and make recommendations
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and skills, familiar with e-commerce marketing and DTC marketing. Proficiency in building digital presence
- Experience in handling Brand Store and E-Commerce platforms and preferably with emerging markets experience
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms or working in related field to build e-commerce business for brand
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Highly self-motivated individual to achieve sales targets. Good time management
- Strong interpersonal skills to unite key stakeholders and partners.
