About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to build on the foundational skills of a Marketing Assistant and take on more responsibility in executing digital marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with internal teams to implement strategies, track performance, and contribute to the agency's marketing growth. This role offers exposure to SEO, paid advertising, social media, and analytics — giving you the skills needed to advance toward a managerial role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social media channels under guidance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Support the creation of marketing collaterals, including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update content across the company's website and digital channels.
  • Assist in reporting campaign performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
  • Take ownership of assigned marketing projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
