Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing engaging social media strategies and brand campaigns to grow brand presence and engagement across digital and offline channels.
  • Create visually appealing content aligned with our academic calendar.
  • Support website management and content upload, ensuring brand consistency across all communications and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, compile SEO/ SEM reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide on-ground support for marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns to ensure smooth daily operations of the marketing department.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Has a strong eye for detail and good design sense
  • Proficient in Microsoft and familiar with design/marketing tools (Canva, Capcut, Adobe)
  • Is proactive, reliable, and able to manage time well
