Who We Are Looking For?

As a Marketing Executive, he/she is responsible for providing support to marketing department in areas of advertising & promotions, character licensing and brand marketing.

What Awaits You:

  1. Assist in a diverse areas of O+O marketing communications efforts including:

  2. advertising & promotions

  3. collaterals/in-store POS materials
  4. brand awareness
  5. digital/social/new media – FB, IG, IGS, YT, Tik Tok
  6. media relations/publicity
  7. event management & roadshows
  8. community engagement and outreach

  9. working with partners and sponsors

  10. Collaborate with internal and external teams, support planning & execution of marketing campaigns and activities

  11. Potential to work on designs for licensed products

  12. Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

  13. Provide administrative support to the marketing team

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Experience (if any) from related industries such as FMCG, health & beauty preferred
  • Excellent command of English; both written and spoken
  • Proactive, independent and a self-starter
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to interact well with people from diverse cultures
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and spontaneously
  • Strong multi-tasking and proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Digitally-inclined
  • Meticulous & commercially-focused
