Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality
- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness
- Development and compliance of SOP's for operational consistency in the kitchen
- Other ad hoc task assigned by management
Requirement
- Preferably at least 2 years Japanese cuisine experience
- Preferably with sashimi experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Passion in Japanese Cuisine
- Team Player
