Our client is looking for a HR Executive to assist the Deputy Director to implement programme and initiatives relating to green harvesting, training and employee well-being.
Job Description
Pre-Service Scholarship and Internship admin support
- Support undergraduate scholarship schemes to strengthen talent pipeline which include arranging for scholarship assessment interviews, preparation of scholarship appointment letters, processing of scholars' maintenance allowances, tuition fees and claims on a timely and accurate manner.
- Support end to end process for internships from hiring, onboarding, payment and exit.
Training administration
- Manage learning administration for training courses which includes milestone, onboarding and in-service sponsorship programmes.
- Process training invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Employee Well-being
- Support the team in planning and execution of well-being programmes.
- Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes which includes venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of the transactions.
Others
- Support the business partner for officers who are on secondment. This includes filing of documents in officer's e-pfile.
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings such as performance ranking sessions.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Generalist / Operations / Admin
- You should be a team player with strong stakeholders' management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training/recruitment support and/or events management would be an advantage.
