HR Officer, Recruitment (6-month contract)

Location: One North

Salary: $2,800 – $3,200

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. From creating engaging job postings to onboarding new hires, you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job ads, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Promote the employer brand through recruitment events and social media initiatives.
  • Continuously enhance the candidate experience to ensure all applicants feel informed and valued.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, HR Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
