Working hours: 08.30am - 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary:
You will be part of Finance team reporting to the Head of Finance.

Your role and responsibilities are mainly to support financial reporting as well as finance operations by working closely with business partners within and outside of the organization

Major Duties And Responsibilities - Compliance & Finance Operations

Job Duties:
Governance/Internal Controls
- Conduct periodic review to ensure internal controls and processes are adhered to
- Coordinate yearly Internal Audit by MOHH GIA, answers auditors’ queries and provide information timely to the auditors and overseeing the work of other stakeholders in meeting audit deadlines Implement control measures and work with various stakeholders to resolve issues highlighted in the audit findings

Support Finance Operations (AR)
- Preparation of monthly financial reporting and financial variance analysis
- Assist in forecasting and budgetary process
- Review and provide support to accounting team on AR billings and processes
- Provide guidance to the junior accounting staff in day-to-day operations
- Preparation and coordination with business partners on customers’ pricing and costing exercises
- Ensure that prices and costs of items are accurately reflected in system upon approval
- Assist in data mining, data cleansing and data extraction
- Review and enhance the back-end functions of POS system and work with Operations team to ensure that front-end systems are not impacted
- Initiate process improvements to simplify, resolve current manual process and improve productivity
- Participate in UAT of system enhancements and projects
- Manage and maintain the Change Request for Management Information System Assist to carry out any other duties assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance/Accounting/ACCA with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Strong business partnering skill with operations team members
- Knowledge on Finance MIS reporting will be an advantage
- Well versed in M365 especially Advance Excel skills, SAP
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong desire to learn
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- A self-starter, independent and be able to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure
