HR Senior Executive, Group – Management Development Office (MDO)

Location: Novena (walking distance from MRT, at National Skin Centre)

Salary: $3,000 – $4,300/month

Duration: 6 months (15 Oct 2025 – 30 Apr 2026, subject to extension)

About the Role

Join as an HR Senior Executive in the Group Management Development Office (MDO). You'll play a key role in driving leadership and talent development programmes across the healthcare sector, supporting trainee growth, stakeholder engagement, and programme operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement Management Development Programmes (Associate, Executive, Fellowship) including recruitment, onboarding, rotations, and completions.
  • Guide trainees in delivering assigned Group MDO projects.
  • Administer and enhance structured learning frameworks covering rotations, mentorship, projects, and training workshops.
  • Maintain trainee databases, track progress, and prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Support leadership engagement activities (e.g., Fireside Chats, Networking, Coaching).
  • Provide logistical and administrative support, including scheduling, venue coordination, procurement, and financial monitoring.
  • Conduct programmed evaluations, feedback analysis, and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare communication materials, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in leadership development, L&D, talent management, programme management, or related HR roles.
  • Proven ability in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and HR/L&D initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, data tracking, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
