**Responsibilities**
- Recruit, train and develop a team of high-performing assurance managers
- Achieve APE and revenue targets through effectively managing resources and activities
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted with highest standards and quality. Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably with 2 years in sales management and a good track record in sales/sales management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
- Possess initiative, drive and ability to develop a high performing sales team.
