About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven
Channel Sales Manager
to lead our international channel development. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performing sales teams, developing strong partnerships with distributors and resellers, and driving business growth across multiple countries. This position combines team leadership, business development, and strategic partnership management, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global expansion.
Responsibilities
Build and manage multi-country channel sales teams, define development plans, and implement training programs to improve sales effectiveness.
Develop and execute international channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Establish and optimize cooperation policies with distributors, resellers, and partners, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and joint planning.
Recruit and onboard high-quality channel partners to strengthen the partner ecosystem and ensure successful market coverage.
Provide coaching and guidance to channel sales managers, enhancing their business acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies and improve execution.
Ensure smooth implementation of channel policies, sales campaigns, and partnership agreements, while resolving collaboration challenges promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
1–5 years of proven experience in international channel sales or business development. Experience in
IT solutions, servers, electrical equipment, or data center products
is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in English for business communication and negotiations; knowledge of Japanese will be considered an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, international business environment.
