**Roles & Responsibilities**
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to Finance, HR and Commercial departments
- Maintain office supplies
- Answer telephone calls and attend to visitors
- Make travel and hotel reservations for all staff
- Handle expense claims for Management and staff
- Assist in procurement for equipment and processing sales orders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma in Business
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous and well-organized with a positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with ability to work with all levels of staff
