**SUMMARY**:
- Provide administrative support to the Ship Repair Department
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist to issue Purchase Requisition with Purchasing Department on procurement of ship repair items.
- Assist to issue Service Order/ Purchase Order for ship repair services (E.g. Contractor's repair work)
- To manage petty cash / reimbursement for the department.
- Ship Repair work done report compilation to a dossier to ship owner.
- Coordinate with Finance & HR on invoices verifications, perform goods receipt via SAGE 300.
- Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry drinking water suppiles.
- Provide administrative support to the Department
- Issue medical chit for general worker.
- Records of general worker & supervisor leave / MC.
- Assist HR on renewal of worker's passport occasionally.
- Process of monthly worker overtime to HR Department to process payroll via Timesoft System
- Monthly Shipyard fresh water supply records submission to MPA via Marinet
- Manage / monitor taxi card for owner representative.
- Taking minutes of meeting.
- Any other ad-hoc job assigned by General Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
