**What You'll Do**:
- **Lead the Charge**:Take the helm of the U.S. sales organization as the Business Unit Head, defining and executing innovative go-to-market strategies for our client's advanced data center products and services.
- **Drive Innovation**:Champion OBM (Own Brand Manufacturing) and solution sales initiatives, aggressively expanding our market penetration and influence.
- **Forge Key Partnerships**:Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with pivotal clients, system integrators, and strategic partners within the expansive data center ecosystem.
- **Collaborate Globally**:Seamlessly partner with cross-functional teams worldwide, including engineering, product development, and operations, ensuring customer needs are met with precision-engineered technical solutions.
- **Future-Proof Strategy**:Remain at the forefront of industry trends and customer demands, proactively identifying new business opportunities and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Who You Are**:
- **Data Center Visionary**:You possess a deep understanding and an undeniable track record of success in selling data center products within the U.S. market.
- **Sales Maverick**:You bring 15+ years of unparalleled experience in OBM or solution sales, with a laser focus on the U.S. market.
- **Technically Acumen**:You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field(Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), providing a strong foundation for understanding complex solutions.
- **Proven Leader**:You have demonstrated leadership experience at a business unit or regional head level, inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- **Growth Driver**:Your strong business development skills are evident in your ability to open new accounts and strategically penetrate key vertical markets.
