Job Title: Head of Sales (Luxury Bridal)

Truly Enamoured is Singapore's leading multi-label luxury bridal boutique, representing world-renowned designers including Vera Wang, Mira Zwillinger, Galia Lahav and Ines Di Santo. We curate couture gowns for modern brides and deliver a bespoke, high-touch experience that goes beyond traditional retail.

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our sales team and elevate performance across the boutique. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives in consultative, high-ticket luxury sales and can build a high-performance culture.

This is not a back-office role — you will be hands-on in driving sales , coaching consultants, and ensuring every bride enjoys a personalised, solution-based journey that results in strong conversions and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally close high-value bridal clients , achieving individual sales targets alongside team goals
  • Deliver luxury consultations and fittings, guiding brides and families through a multi-appointment, solution-based journey
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of bridal stylists/sales consultants to exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Standardize and implement a consultative sales process that ensures consistent closing across the team
  • Deliver sales training, roleplays, and coaching to build high-performing closers
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline from first appointment to gown confirmation
  • Develop strategies to increase average revenue per client through upselling and premium offerings
  • Collaborate with leadership to design commission and incentive frameworks that reward top performance
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, client activity, and team results

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of proven success in sales leadership (luxury retail, bridal, fashion, jewelry, real estate, aesthetics, or high-end services)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Expertise in consultative selling, clienteling, and managing emotional purchase decisions
  • Strong coaching skills — able to elevate average performers into consistent closers
  • Highly analytical and KPI-driven with a passion for results
  • Strong communication, presence, and client management skills
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury service
