HR & Admin Manager

A fast growing Chinese gaming start-up founded in 2013. They have seen strong growth over the years and is further expanding its business into SEA.
**Responsibilities**:
- To develop and implement overall Human Resource (HR) processes, procedures, and policies to ensure legal compliance with statutory employment and related laws and regulations.
- Partner with senior management and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Manage HR operation activities and general employee related matters and provide general office administrative support.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Priority experience in setting up office here would be highly advantageous
- Must have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
- Experience within the e-commerce or technology sector preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
