**Job position: HR & Admin**

**Responsibilities of HR & Admin**
- In-charge of company’s HR welfare and matters.
- Assist to support in-house events (as and when needed).
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Oversee the day-to-day admin operations of the office, including managing utilities, office supplies, and stocktake. Ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
- Data entry, upkeep records, coordinate with suppliers and subcon, upload bills. Verify and process invoices for finance to arrange payment.
- Perform Ad-hoc administration duties and other HR-related; general administration duties as assigned.

**Requirements of Admin & HR**
- Proper English & Chinese communication skills.
- Basic use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good inter-personal skills and basic customer service.
- Resourceful, organised, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
