**Our client, a semi-conductor manufacturer with global presence, is currently looking to hire for a Senior HR & Admin Officer to join their HR team.
**Senior HR & Admin Officer
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day functioning of HR administrative duties
- Supervise a team of administrative staff
- Key person for maintaining & review HR policies
- Upkeep information in HR and workplace, safety, and health (WSH) website
- Perform scheduled checks and approval in HRIS systems for employees’ data change request, assist in personal data protection related topics
- Ensure HRIS set up for benefits are accurate and up to date and perform annual initialisation
- Handle all insurance updates and submission of employee records, prepare annual data preparation for insurance renewals
- Monitor HR inventory and expenditure
- Lead annual internal audit for WSH team
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and review processes and HR projects and company events
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant experience with working knowledge in HR admin and operation
- Experience in process-oriented environment
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Preferably with SAP, Unit4 and Workday experience
