Singapore CWCS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a HR Admin to support our Human Resources department.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to MOM employment laws and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Part-time or full-time position available

Working hours: 9am-6pm

Part-time: 3 day work week (Flexible)

Full-time: Monday-Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Organise and maintain personnel files, ensuring necessary personal records are filed
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance agents, and ensure legal compliance
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Handle employees' queries about HR-related issues
- Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a HR Admin, HR Admin Assistant or relevant role
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- MS Office literacy
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Experience in handling foreign affairs is a plus
