**We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager/Manager, HR & Admin. Come join us as part of Legend HR & Admin team
- Oversee and lead the HR Strategy team to design and implement compensation, benefits and training programs.
- Oversee talent management framework and performance appraisal exercise.
- Support HOD to develop recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, staff retention and engagement.
- Support HOD in identifying the evolvement of each role over time to ensure that the right support and tools are provided to support the development and progression of individuals for their day-to-day operations.
- Support HOD to create a compensation & benefits strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
- Support HOD to spearhead the annual appraisal system within Group and ensure execution is within stipulated timeline.
- Responsible for the office and facilities management.
- Manage office procurement and ensure that departmental requisitions are processed and manage vendors.
- Constantly review and control admin cost to better manage company's office supplies and costs.

**_This is a regional role and requires 30% of travelling._
