**About the role**

The Channel Partnerships Manager will get fully exposed to the ins and outs of how a successful fast-paced fintech hustles and scales their business.
Be exposed to multiple job functions and gain experience collaborating with various business functions, from Product to Customer Experience to Legal to Marketing to Project Management and much more.
**Key responsibilities**
- Understanding the value proposition and unique selling points of the Validus Business Account, to scale the acquisition targets of the business.
- Generate new ideas to acquire new customers for the business and seeing through the end-to-end process from conceptualisation to actualisation.
- Build new channel partnerships by pitching to potential partners, drafting legal contracts, managing enquiries, upholding relationship with partners, etc.
- Regularly obtain feedback and handle urgent requests from new customers, and work closely with the Product Team and Customer Success Team to ensure product improvement and customer retention.
- Work with the Marketing Team on digital marketing plans, with the goal of acquiring new customers with the least CPA.
- Provide regular updates to the management and ensure quarterly goals are achieved.
- Confidently conduct face to face presentations on the benefits of the Validus Business Account in various settings, including but not limited to - Conferences, Networking Events, Guest Speaker, Roadshows, Channel Partner Pitching, Etc.
- Comply with all relevant AML/KYC requirements.
**Skillsets that we are looking for**
- Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in channel partnership or acquisition in the financial services industry, preferably with start-up experience
- Proven track record in business scale-up
- Interest in working in a fast-paced fintech and willing to be challenged to step out of comfort zone
- Driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
