**THE CHALLENGE**

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Channel Sales**
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing Channel Partners across Southeast Asia.
- Regularly sync and align with Channel Partners on revenue goals, contractual obligations, sales targets, operational processes, and develop plans to increase revenue contribution from within their client portfolio.
- Provide reports, analyse market trends and recommend solutions to assist channel partners in being successful in their sales, retention and account management strategies
- Build, manage and scale the sales framework for channel partners and their clients, including sales enablement, after sales support and commercial operations.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on partner dashboards, information access and flow, reporting & tracking of targets and automated marketing comms to partner clients.

**B2B Partnerships**
- Strategize and build a Business Partnerships program with key players
- Lead the team to anchor the sourcing, acquisition, planning and engagement for all B2B Partnerships across multiple work streams: Contract Management, Legal, Marketing & Co-Branding, Commercial Negotiations, Monetization, Product, and integrations

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of total work experience and at least 3-4 years as a Channel Sales and / or B2B Partnerships professional building and growing a partner business within a fast-paced and competitive B2B, start-up or corporate environment
- Proven track record as a solid sales performer in consistently achieving, and even exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Effective team player and should be seen as a role model, with the ability to build effective working relationships and manage complex negotiations with all types of Partners
- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a start-up environment.
- Must be able to work independently most of the time and approach the scope of the role strategically when planning and finalising workstreams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network with Channel Partners, their clients, and within the overall Janio organisation.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Identify potential opportunities and generate sales leads
- Ability to conceptualize, design and execute business plans
- Able to multi-task to deliver within time-pressure and budgets
