**Job Description**:
1. Channel Partner Management:

- Grow and manage existing channel partners to optimize sales performance.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company goals.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partner success.
- Establish strong, trust-based relationships with channel stakeholders.

2. B2B Sales Development:

- Identify and pitch to eldercare service providers, including active ageing centers, assisted living operators, and eldercare facility operators.
- Develop strategies to expand product adoption and market presence in the professional eldercare space.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to partner needs.

3. B2C Sales & Fulfillment:

- Drive direct-to-consumer sales through the company website and referral partners.
- Manage the complete customer journey—from inquiry to post-sale support.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment and coordinate with logistics and customer service teams.
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce presence on various platforms.
- Monitor and grow our direct sales performance (online and offline) and implement strategies to boost conversions and customer engagement.

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales within the eldercare electronics or related industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partnerships, business development, and exceptional communication skills.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Excellent reporting skills. Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Self-starter with high initiative, and a high degree of acuity and sensitivity to opportunities in eldercare sector.
