Urgent - 6 months contract (Renewable)
**Key Expectations for the role**:
Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to create and develop business opportunities at target sectors and clients
- Develop and nurture senior client relationships (middle management to c-suite level) at target sectors and client organisations for long-term win-win engagement and sustained sales pipelines
- Drive and manage opportunities, including proposal teams and efforts, RFP/tender responses, coordinating cross-functional and partnering resources to win opportunities
- Ensure deal opportunities are financially sound, risk mitigated, and aligned to the company’s profitability and growth targets.
Programme Delivery
- Lead large/high-skill delivery teams to deliver high-value and complex programmes/projects
- Develop and leverage business relationships with existing and potential partners to aid in programme/project delivery
- Lead teams to address complex business and/or technical problems, developing and executing strategies and plans to resolve said problems towards normalisation
- Ensure financial goals of delivered programmes/projects are established and achieved
- Continually engage senior clients (middle management to c-suite level) to ensure continuing trust relationships during and beyond delivery efforts
- Mentor (and oversee as assigned) other customer service delivery teams for consistent service delivery excellence.
Operations Management
- Oversee the company’s Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and IT operations
- Identify and drive the implementation of operational improvements towards operational excellence.
**Required Skillsets**:
- Management of large holistic (i.e. cross-functional with business goals, not just IT) programmes and multiple/complex projects
- Engagement and influencing at large organisation C-suite levels
- Business and Technology strategy development and implementation planning
- Collaborative execution and partnering for delivery
- Business development (including high-value proposal development and RFP/Tender response)
- Management of company operations (as indicated above)
**Required Experience**:
- Substantial projects in the Public sector (with senior-level engagement)
- Planning and implementation of Knowledge and Collaboration Systems and associated capabilities
- Planning and implementation of Identity Governance & Administration / Identify & Access Management capabilities
- Business development for large opportunities (preferably >S$3M per deal)
- Large project/programme implementation with cross-functional scope (preferably at global/cross-border scale)
- “Trouble-shooting” programmes to develop strategies and planning for a return to success
- Senior service delivery organisation roles (preferably in Consulting).
**Academic Qualifications**:
- Degrees in IT or Computer Science and/or Business Administration
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or demonstrated equivalency.
