**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist the Business Development Manager in the areas of related business
- Preparation of marketing/project proposals and relevant Business Development related reports
- Assist in working with finance in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for campaigns
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
- Assist in monitoring and achieving the sales team set targets and ensure outcomes set are within schedule
- Connect with the existing customers to get referrals and communicate it with the sales team
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet/exceed their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite solution to customer issues and complaints
- Compile reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitors’ activities
- Work closely with BDM on potential for new products and services
- Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or business development-related work
- Ability to prepare client commercial proposals, business projections and internal P&L analysis with BD Manager
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
