Role Overview — Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Singapore (D13 MacPherson / Braddell area)
Employment Type: Full-time
Base Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,000/month
Additional: Attractive commission scheme based on performance

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving SQ 1's growth by securing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our service reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, retail, property, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and proposals to negotiations and deal closure.
  • Develop tailored service solutions in collaboration with our operations team.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent SQ 1 at networking events, presentations, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related B2B roles (facility services industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, independent, and results-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
  • A team player with positive energy and resilience.
  • Familiarity with facility management or environmentally sustainable practices is a plus.
