- Activate the contingency plan for any emergency or the occasional customer requirement
- Assist in day-to-day activities and to support and provide guidance to their peers.
- Assist in implementation of projects to address regional and network imperatives and programmes
- Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively.
- Closely communicate with the counter part to activate the efficient operations procedure
- Activate the process flow to comply with the regulatory policy and manage the daily activities
- Provide the periodical/ad-hoc training for the updated operations requirement/policy
- Assist in ensuring maintenance requirements of facility, equipment and infrastructure, are carried out in accordance with regional guidelines and company image
- In conjunction with the Supervisor ensure Operations Agents are trained and developed to meet business and succession needs.
- Provide back up of information when necessary
- Participate in CIS Supervisory Program

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “N” Level.
- At least 2 year experience in DHL with wide exposure to Operation systems and processes
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- **MUST** be able to work on shifts
- Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role including moving, lifting, carrying, loading/unloading various shaped/weight objects regularly
- Good organisational skills, including ability to prioritise workload
- Advantage to possess forklift license
