Proficiency in the Japanese language is essential, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience in helpdesk or technical support. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows PC operations is preferred.

This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires a strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will be able to work on shift work, including weekends, but no night shifts are involved.
