- Possession of relevant Insurance certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI, ComGI).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with agents.
- Ability to analyse sales data and track performance trends to meet targets.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities efficiently.
