- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including filing and archiving documents.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of employee information.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
- Assist with year-end closing activities and audits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
