Provide assistance to Walk-In customers to Service Center.
- Perform equipment warranty and/or contract validation, inform customer the scope of warranty for the equipment before creating a repair case in system.
- Perform cost estimation based on guidelines sharing with customers on cost of repair
- To ensure receive payment with issuing of payment receipt before releasing the equipment to the customer.
- To provide customer with 1st level troubleshooting.
- To resolve customer issues up front should they be non-hardware related / and or can be resolved by not replacing any hardware.
- To note down customer’s unit existing physical condition and accessories if any and obtain customer’s acknowledgement.
- To handle and manage customer escalation, follow-up with respective HP personnel until resolution is offered and/or issue is resolved.
- Other adhoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec
- **Welcome entry level - Training Provided**:

- **Passion in Customer Service and interested to work in IT industry**:

- Good communication skills
- **Work location **at **Henderson road **(Bukit Merah / Redhill)
- Salary $2200 - $3000
- Start work immediately or within short notice
